In July 2025, the Athens Clarke County Unified Government published "Request for Proposals" for an exterior 5 ft x 20 ft portrait-orientation mural for the Lay Park Community Center and an exterior 30 ft x 5 ft landscape-orientation mural for the Heard Park Community Center. We hope to invite, through the ACC Government, all participating artists (23 for Lay Park and 15 for Heard Park) to publish a summary of their proposals here. These summaries will be created in a uniform format, similar to the examples below, by the Association from information provided by the artist. The Association trusts that this archival collection will be useful to these and other artists and their prospective clients.
